Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Matthew S. Dabbas, Attorney at Law ("Dabbas Law," "we," "us"), located at 2312 West Olive Avenue, Suite C, Burbank, CA 91506, handles information collected through dabbaslaw.com (the "Site"). We keep this simple because the Site itself is simple: it exists to tell you about the practice and let you reach out.
Information we collect
Information you provide. If you use the contact form, call, or email, we receive the information you choose to share: typically your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider logs basic technical data for security and operation of the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested. Our contact form briefly processes your IP address in memory to prevent abuse. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google in the process.
The Site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or social media plugins.
How we use information
We use the information described above to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we can assist you, communicate with you, and operate and secure the Site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the Site and our communications: our website host (Vercel), our email delivery service for contact form submissions (Resend), and our email provider (Google Workspace). Each receives only what is needed to perform its function. We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect legal rights.
A note on confidentiality
Contacting us through the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship. Until a relationship is established in writing, please do not send confidential or time-sensitive details about your matter.
Retention
We keep inquiry information as long as reasonably needed to respond, to evaluate potential representation, to comply with legal and professional obligations, and to maintain conflict-check records.
Your California privacy rights
California residents may request access to the personal information we hold about them, request corrections, or request deletion, subject to legal and professional retention obligations. To make a request, email matthew@dabbaslaw.com or write to the address above. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because the Site does not track visitors across websites and uses no analytics or advertising trackers, it treats all visitors the same and does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.
Children
The Site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
The Site is served exclusively over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and follows current security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be noted conspicuously on this page.
